For your convenience, RAPS has reserved a block of rooms at discounted rates at one headquarter hotel and one additional hotel, each just a short distance from the Indianapolis Convention Center and downtown attractions.

The RAPS housing block is now closed. If you need to make a reservation please contact the Indianapolis Housing Bureau at www.visitindy.com or +1 800 556 4639 (Mon-Fri, 8:00 am–5:00 pm) who will assist you in finding a hotel.

Discounted rate: $184 (single or double occupancy) plus tax per night
Current tax rate: 17%

Your reservation supports RAPS’ efforts to continue to bring event participants discounted hotel rates and avoid potential attrition penalties.

Book your room early! Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis and may fill prior to the 30 September 2011 hotel discount reservation deadline. Reservations made after the block is filled and/or after the deadline will be available at the hotel’s prevailing rate and availability is not guaranteed.

For the discounted rates please make your reservations online by selecting one of the above hotels or call the Indianapolis Housing Bureau at 800 556 INDY (4639) and reference 2011 RAPS. Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card or one night’s room deposit. At the time you make your reservation, you must confirm cancellation and early checkout policies with the hotel. No-shows will be charged for the full length of stay.
