
Logging in to the RAPS Website
What is my Member ID?
RAPS members are provided an eight-digit ID number upon joining RAPS.
What is my Password?
Passwords by default are set as a member’s last name, until you change it.
How do I access members-only content?
In order to access members-only content on the RAPS website, you must be a current member of the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society. You must have your member ID and your account password in order to log on to the website. Your member ID was sent with your member welcome packet. Passwords by default are set as a member’s last name. We encourage you to change your password on your first login to the site.
How do I change my website password?
In order to change your password, you must first log on to the RAPS website. After you log on, you’ll see “Update Your Profile” appear as a link in the member login box on the left-hand side. You may also change your profile through the member toolkit in the Members and Chapters area of the website. Under “Update Your Profile,” look for “Edit Password.”
I've forgotten my password. How do I find out what it is?
If you know your RAPS ID and have an email address on record with RAPS, you can use the password reminder feature. If the email address you enter in the form matches an email address we have on file for you, a reminder email with your password will be sent to that email address. If you do not know your RAPS ID or do not have an email address on record with RAPS, please contact the RAPS Solutions Center at raps@raps.org or 1 301 770 2920, ext. 200.
How do I access the RAPS membership directory?
The RAPS Membership Directory is only available to RAPS members. To access the directory, log on to your account on the RAPS home page using your member ID number and password (defaulted to your last name until you change it ). Once you log on, click on the membership directory link located in your online account box. Note: The membership directory is not available for compiling lists for solicitations.

Changing Member Profile
How do I update my profile?
Once you’ve logged on to the RAPS website, look for “Update Your Profile” in the member login box in the left side of the website. You can update your contact information and demographics there.
How do I change my company information?
In an effort to maintain quality information, RAPS requests that you please submit all company name changes directly to membership@raps.org.
How will the demographic information be used?
RAPS collects demographic information to help guide us in creating new products and services and to allow us to keep you up-to-date about our offerings. We do not sell information on RAPS members to third parties. Please see our privacy statement for more information.

Renewing Membership Online
In order to renew your membership online, you must first log in to the RAPS website using your member ID and your password. Unless you change it, your password is your last name, lowercased.
After you successfully log in, a "Renew Now" link will appear in the left-hand side login box. Click on this link to begin the process.
I'm trying to renew RAPS membership for my employer. How do I do that?
You will need your employer’s RAPS membership ID number and password to log into the RAPS website to renew membership online. Just log on to the RAPS website at www.raps.org, use their member ID number and password (password is their last name capitalized unless they changed it) and click on the link for 'Renew Now!” that will appear in the log-in box (this link appears six months prior to a membership expiring).
How early can I renew my membership?
You can renew your membership as early as six months prior to your membership expiring.
If I renew early, when will my membership renewal begin?
No matter when you renew, your membership renewal will only begin after your previous membership runs out.
I've let my membership lapse, can I still apply for renewal?
One month after your membership expires, you will need to reapply for RAPS membership at the full rate.
I've logged on but I don't see a "Renew Now!" link. What do I do?
If you have succesfully logged on to the RAPS website and the “Renew Now!” link does not appear, please contact the RAPS Solution Center at 1 301 770 2920 x200, and a member representative will assist you with your membership renewal.

Bookstore Orders
When will I receive my bookstore order?
All bookstore orders are shipped the following business day after payment has been processed. Allow 7–10 business days for domestic delivery, 10–14 days for international delivery. If an item is out of stock, we will inform you of the expected delay.
May I return a product/book to RAPS?
No. RAPS does not accept exchanges/returns on items that have already been shipped. Cancellations of orders must be made within 24 hours from the time the original order is placed.

Regulatory Affairs Focus Magazine
I did not receive the previous issue(s) of Regulatory Affairs Focus magazine. Do you have my correct mailing address?
Please check your profile on the RAPS website to confirm that your contact information is up to date. If it appears correct, please send an email to RAPS Solutions Center at raps@raps.org or call 1 301 770 2920, ext. 200, with your inquiry. A staff member will confirm to what address the last issue(s) were sent. If you are a RAPS member, we are glad to send you the issues of Regulatory Affairs Focus that you did not receive.

Meeting & Webcast Registration Process
I would like to register for a meeting. Can I register over the phone?
RAPS does not accept meeting registrations by phone. Please register for the meeting online on the RAPS website or print and fax the registration form to RAPS at 1 301 770 2924.
My company has more than one person going to a meeting. How do we qualify for a group rate?
To receive the group rate, a minimum of three individuals from the same company must submit separate registration forms by fax at the same time. If there are late additions, RAPS will not honor the group rate for those individuals.
I am registered for a meeting but can no longer attend. How do I cancel my registration?
RAPS does not accept cancellations by phone. Please send your request to cancel, specifying the name of the person registered, customer (or member) number and event title, via email, toregistrar@raps.org.
Each meeting has a specifc cancellation date. Check the registration form or the meeting’s webpages for the cancellation date. If you cancel before the cancellation date specified, you will receive a refund for the registration fee minus a $100 administrative fee. There are no refunds provided if the cancellation date has passed except for medical emergencies. No refunds are provided for chapter meetings. As an alternative, you can send someone from the same company as a substitute, but additional fees may apply.
I am registered for a Webcast but didn’t receive the information. How can I get this information?
Please contact iLinc, the company who coordinates the registration for the Webcasts. Confirm your registration for the Webcast and inform iLinc that you did not receive the Webcast materials and access information. To contact iLinc, call 1 800 651 7916. If you are not able to contact iLinc, please contact RAPS Solutions Center at 1 301 770 2920, ext. 200, or raps@raps.org, and a staff member can direct your call to the Webcast coordinator.

RAC Exam
How do I register for the RAC exam?
To learn more about the RAC exam and to register for the exam, click on the “Application Information” link under “Certification” in the main tool bar. You can register for the exam online using a credit card. You can also register and pay by check, credit card or wire transfer by submitting a completed application form (available in PDF) via fax or mail.
How do I prepare for the RAC exam?
RAPS has produced a variety of resources for individuals who have registered to take the Canadian, EU and/or US RAC exams. Please visit the RAPS Bookstore at www.raps.org/bookstore to view the list of products available to order. You can place your order online using a credit card, by fax or mail (if paying by credit card, check or wire transfer print and complete the Bookstore Order Form), or send an email to bookstore@raps.org.
RAPS also offers a series of Webcasts to help individuals prepare for the different exams. To learn more about the Webcasts and to register, go to www.raps.org/webcasts. Webcasts for the RAC are offered in the spring and fall.
I currently have my RAC, and I am due to recertify. How do I recertify?
Under the “Certification” tab on the main tool bar, click on the link to “Recertification”. On this webpage, there is a “Recertification Guide” (available in PDF) which addresses questions regarding the process for recertifying and recertification criteria. If you have additional questions regarding recertification, please send an email to certification@raps.org.
