InMotion is located on the corner of South Dudley and Monroe Street. InMotion offers free parking to all attendees and the parking garage is located directly across the street on Dudley labeled “Biowork Conference Center”.


Presentation Materials

Please be sure to view, download and/or print the presentation materials prior to arriving at the program as presentation copies will not be provided on site. Continue to check the site for any presentations not currently available. The site will be updated as presentations arrive.

Attendees may also view the presentations online on their personal laptops during the program via wireless internet in the meeting room.


Hotel Information

The RAPS room block at the Marriott Memphis Downtown is now closed, but the group rate of $109 per night may be honored if space is available. Contact the hotel at +1 901 527 7300 and identify yourself as a member of the RAPS group.

The Memphis Marriott Downtown, 250 North Main Street, is situated on the Memphis Trolley line and is conveniently located near exciting area attractions and is within walking distance to several of Memphis famous restaurants.

Attendees staying at the Marriott Memphis Downtown will receive complimentary transportation to and from the InMotion facility. The shuttle bus will pick up attendees at 7:15 am on 1 March and 7:45 am on 2 March in front of the Marriott on Main St.  Attendees are to meet in the lobby in front of the Magnolia Grill to wait for the shuttle. Please be prepared to show your room key.

Attendees staying at the Marriott will also be able to ride the shuttle to the Memphis International Airport on 2 March leaving from the Marriott Memphis Downtown at 4:00 pm. If you are staying at the Marriott and would like to take advantage of this shuttle please reserve your space when you check in at registration.


Registration and Meals

All attendees must first check in at the RAPS registration desk located in the elevator foyer on the first floor; when entering the facility take the elevator to the 1st floor. Registration will open at 7:30 am on 1 March and 8:00 am on 2 March. At check in, you will receive your name badge and a copy of the agenda. Please keep your badge on at all times during the program as it is your pass to sessions and meals.

Breakfast, morning and afternoon refreshments will be provided in the breakout foyer on the 1st floor. Lunch will be provided in the Breakout 2 room on the first floor.


Transportation

The Memphis Marriott Downtown is located approximately 13 miles from the Memphis International Airport. Taxi fare from the airport is approximately $30 one way excluding tip. The Marriott also recommends using the shuttle company P C Transportation for $15 per trip; for reservations please call +1 901 489 3890.

Attire

Dress for the program is business casual. Meeting room temperatures fluctuate but tend to be cool. Though the conference center staff is sensitive to room temperatures and will try to accommodate your needs, we strongly suggest that you dress in layers and bring a sweater or jacket to adjust to your personal comfort level.
