Welcome to the RAPS Fellows Application process.
As part of the application process, you'll need to:
- Have been a RAPS member for 3 consecutive years
- Complete the Online Candidate Form
- Complete the Supplemental Candidate Form
- Provide us with your professional CV
- Pay your $100.00 application fee
- Provide us with 3 letters of recommendation (Letters of recommendation can be submitted separately by your recommenders)
The Fellows Application process involves 3 steps:
STEP 1 – Complete & Submit the Online Candidate Form
This form asks for general information about your educational background, work history, and credentials. After you submit the online form, we will provide you with the Supplemental Candidate Form.
STEP 2 –Download & Complete the Supplemental Candidate Form
The Supplemental Candidate Form is a MS Word document that asks broader questions about your management and leadership experience, professional contributions, and regulatory knowledge. This form will be available for download online, as well as emailed to you. You may complete this document on your own schedule and submit to us at your convenience.
STEP 3 – Submit Completed Documents
In Step 3 you will submit the Supplemental Candidate Form and your professional CV using the online form. Upon submission of this form, you will be directed to the page for online payment of your $100 application fee. You will also need to have your three letters of recommendation submitted before the close of the Fellows applications window.
