Recertification

Continuing knowledge and professional development is vital to the health-related professions and is an important aspect of the RA Certification Program. The RAC Program requires recertification every 3 years after initial certification.

Deadline: Recertification forms for the Class of 2005 must be submitted by 15 December 2008.

As part of RAPS’ continuing efforts to make the recertification process as efficient and user-friendly as possible, paper documentation is not required. Simply complete the recertification form and email to certification@raps.org or fax to +1 301 770 2924 (attention “Recertification”). Please do not send back up documentation with the completed form.

The Certification Program Office reserves the right to audit up to 10% of submissions each year. You will be contacted if you are among the randomly selected 10% that will be required to follow-up with supporting documentation.

Thank you for your recertification renewal.
