Online Courses FAQ's

I need help logging in.

If you are a RAPS Member or have already received a user name and password, you may retrieve your account information online.

Access to the Online University requires a separate log in. Go the the Online University home page and click on the "Log In for Online Univeristy" on the right-hand side.

What are the technical requirements for using RAPS Online University?

RAPS Online University works best with an up-to-date version of Internet Explorer or Firefox.

Flash 7 is a common plug-in used in our courses. For your convenience, the URL to download this plug-in can be found at www.macromedia.com.

Is RAPS membership included in any of the online courses?

RAPS membership is only available for one online course, Introduction to Regulatory Affairs & the Healthcare Product Lifecycle. Membership is not available for any other online course or component of the RAPS Online University.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations will not be accepted for RAPS Online University courses. Participants should be aware of their schedule in order to complete the course in the alotted time.

How long will I have to complete the online courses?

Each course has its own timeframe for completion. All course subscriptions begin from the time of purchase.

Can I get RAC recertification points for taking these courses?

It varies from course to course whether RAC points are available. Please review the overview of each course for details on whether RAC points are available.
