The regulatory environment for the advertising, promotion and labeling of medical devices continues to evolve as new FDA, OIG and industry initiatives surface. This Webcast will provide you with specific information regarding advertising, promotion and labeling, that you must know to market medical devices.
Leaders in industry and the legal profession will share their expertise and provide a basic introduction to regulations governing medical device advertising, promotion and labeling.

Robert Klepinski, regulatory attorney, Fredrikson & Byron P.A.
Klepinski is an officer with Fredrikson & Byron and practices in the FDA, health care fraud & compliance and intellectual property service areas. He is recognized as one of the leading FDA compliance attorneys. Klepinski counsels pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech, food and nutritional supplement companies on FDA policy. Prior to going into private practice, he was the regulatory attorney for Medtronic Inc., where he set the legal strategy for FDA compliance, including advertising and promotion, quality systems, regulatory and clinical. Klepinski frequently speaks at local and national trade associations on FDA policy. He has been an adjunct professor at the University of Minnesota Law School and a guest lecturer at other law schools. He is currently an adjunct professor at St. Thomas University in its Graduate School of Engineering and its mini-MBA program.

Written cancellations received by 11:59 pm EST (5) business days prior to the Webcast will be refunded the registration fee minus a $100 administrative fee.
All you need to participate in a Webcast is Internet access and a computer with speakers and a sound card. Please note: a telephone connection will no longer be used to broadcast the presentation audio. Expert presenters virtually deliver the presentation via the Internet, while participants simultaneously view the PowerPoint slides on their own computers. A live Q&A portion following the presentation enables interaction between participants and presenters.
