To apply for the RAPS Fellows Program:

• You must be a RAPS member for at least three consecutive years. (Note: If you become a Fellow, you must maintain your RAPS membership in order to maintain your Fellow status.)
• Your completed application, along with a copy of your current resume or CV, must be postmarked no later than 13 June 2008. A one-time administrative fee of $25 is required upon application submission.
• In addition to the information requested, please arrange for at least two letters of reference (at least one must be from a RAPS member) to be submitted on your behalf. These recommendations should be made by individuals who can attest to your abilities and whose endorsement would aid the Selection Committee in evaluating your application. References must use the RAPS Fellow Recommendation Form (online or PDF version), which separate from the applicant’s submission.
• Incomplete or improper submissions may result in the rejection of your application.
