Registration Policies and Procedures

Registrations received without payment will not be processed or returned. Email RAPS at or call RAPS Solutions Center at +1 301 770 2920, ext. 200, if you have not received confirmation within five business days from submittal of registration.
Pre-registration via mail, phone and fax will be accepted until 8 September 2020. After 8 September 2020, please register online.
We accept credit cards (American Express, MasterCard and Visa), international wire transfers and checks. There is no cash collection for this event.
All requests for cancellations and/or refunds must be received in writing at Please reference the name of the person registered and the event title. Due to the COVID-19 situation, our standard cancellation fee of 20% is being waived. Should you need to cancel your registration outright for any reason, you can apply your credit to any RAPS program for the following 12 months.
If you reserved your hotel through the RAPS Housing Accommodations, they will be automatically cancelled without charge. If you booked your hotel outside of RAPS Housing Accommodations, you will need to contact the hotel you booked with directly to cancel your reservation.
Substitutions are allowed and registrations are transferable up to 72 hours prior to the event.
RAPS reserves the right to cancel any event at its sole discretion, whereupon all registration fees will be refunded within 30 business days. RAPS is not responsible for travel or other costs incurred due to a cancellation.

As regulatory professionals, we have the professional and ethical responsibility to maintain the highest professional conduct standards and embody the RAPS Code of Ethics in our words, actions, and deeds. Consequences for unacceptable behavior may include dismissal from the event.

RAPS has a zero-tolerance policy for any form of discrimination or harassment, including but not limited to sexual harassment by participants or our staff at our meetings. If you witness unacceptable behavior, please contact RAPS staff as soon as possible, either in person or by completing this anonymous form.

Unacceptable Behavior is defined as:

  • Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination in any form.
  • Verbal abuse of any attendee, speaker, volunteer, exhibitor, RAPS staff member, service provider, or other meeting guest.
    • Examples of verbal abuse include, but are not limited to, verbal comments related to gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion, national origin, inappropriate use of nudity and/or sexual images in public spaces or in presentations, or threatening or stalking any attendee, speaker, volunteer, exhibitor, RAPS staff member, service provider, or other meeting guest.
  • Disruption of presentations, expo hall exchanges or networking events in-person or across a virtual platform.
  • Presentations, postings, and messages should not contain promotional materials, special offers, job offers, product announcements, or solicitation for services. RAPS reserves the right to remove such messages and potentially ban sources of those solicitations.
  • Participants should not copy or take screen shots of Q&A or any chat room activity that takes place in-person or virtually.
