Registration Policies and Procedures

Registrations received without payment will not be processed or returned. Email RAPS at raps@raps.org or call RAPS Solutions Center at +1 301 770 2920, ext. 200, if you have not received confirmation within five business days from submittal of registration.
Pre-registration via mail, phone and fax will be accepted until 28 August 2020. After 28 August 2020, please register online or bring your registration onsite for processing.
We accept credit cards (American Express, MasterCard and Visa), international wire transfers and checks. There is no cash collection for this event.
All requests for cancellations and/or refunds must be received in writing at raps@raps.org. Please reference the name of the person registered and the event title. Due to uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 situation’s impact on travel our standard cancellation fee of 20% is being waived. Should you not be able to travel, you can transfer an in-person registration to one of the online registration options and you will be refunded the difference in price. Should you need to cancel your registration outright for any reason, you can apply your credit to any RAPS program for the following 12 months.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card valid through September 2020, any reservation not guaranteed with a credit card will be released and no room will be held. At their discretion, hotels may charge credit card(s) provided for a guarantee a deposit in the amount of one night's room charge plus tax on or after 19 August 2020. You will be required to pay all charges incurred upon checkout. Cancellations can be made through the website or by contacting Experient at RAPS@experient-inc.com through 18 August 2020. Please contact the hotel directly for any changes or cancellations starting 24 August 2020. If the reservation is not cancelled 72 hours or more prior to the arrival date you will be charged a penalty of one night's room and tax. Some hotels charge a penalty for checking out earlier than scheduled. To avoid this, please verify your departure date upon checking in to the hotel.
Substitutions are allowed and registrations are transferable up to 72 hours prior to the event.
RAPS reserves the right to cancel any event at its sole discretion, whereupon all registration fees will be refunded within 30 business days. RAPS is not responsible for travel or other costs incurred due to a cancellation.
