Working in conjunction with the Association of Graduate Regulatory Educators (AGRE), RAPS is pleased to announce a series of new student initiatives that are launching at RAPS Convergence 2022 in Phoenix.

These new initiatives have the aligned aim of providing a unique and supportive platform for those in regulatory education programs to learn, share, and engage at the largest conference dedicated to healthcare regulatory professionals.

In addition to the opportunities below, all students can take advantage of new discounted pricing starting at $500 for the full conference or $150 for one-day registration.

 

Travel

Student Travel Stipend

Students who are actively enrolled in a university program and are unable to obtain travel support from an employer may apply for a travel stipend to help defray the cost of hotel and airfare to attend the conference (a limited number of stipends are available).

Submit a Proposal

Submit a Proposal to Present at Convergence | Student Capstone Showcase

Ten (10) students will have the opportunity to deliver a presentation focusing on the key findings from their capstone in this inaugural student capstone showcase. Ten (10) additional students will be selected to deliver an academic poster viewable by all attendees. Students selected for this program will receive complimentary registration for the main conference.

This opportunity is available for recent graduates (within one year) who have completed their capstone project.

Ambassadors Program

Student Ambassadors Program

Students may apply to serve as ambassadors at Convergence. Selected students will work as room monitors and greeters for a half-day on each day and in exchange will receive complimentary admission to the full conference. Students participating in the ambassador program will be acknowledged on-site during the program and receive special items acknowledging their achievement and contribution. A limited number of ambassador spots are available.
