Student Program Introduction

RAPS and the Association of Graduate Regulatory Educators (AGRE) have partnered to provide opportunities for students to attend RAPS Convergence 2023.

These initiatives aim to provide a unique and supportive platform for those in regulatory education programs to learn, share, and engage at the largest conference dedicated to healthcare regulatory professionals. 

In addition to the opportunities below, all students can take advantage of new discounted pricing starting at $515 for the full conference or $110 for one-day registration.

Travel

Student Travel Stipend

Students who are actively enrolled in a university program and are unable to obtain travel support from an employer may apply for a limited number of stipends.

Submit a Proposal

Student Capstone Showcase & Poster Submissions

Ten students may present key findings from their capstone. Ten more may showcase a convention poster. These students will receive free conference registration. 

Available to recent graduates (within one year) who have completed their capstone project.

Ambassadors Program

Student Ambassadors Program

Selected students will work as room monitors and greeters for at least a half-day on each day of the conference and in exchange, will receive complimentary admission to the full conference. Participating students will be acknowledged on-site and receive special items acknowledging their achievements and contribution.

A limited number of ambassador spots are available.
