In January 2021, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration released the agency’s first Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML)-Based Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) Action Plan

Join experts from the Digital Health Center of Excellence at FDA as they provide insight into the multi-pronged approach to the FDA’s oversight of AI/ML-based medical software.
