Root Cause Investigation for CAPA is a globally recognized methodology for investigating technical performance challenges. Problem-solving techniques from Six Sigma, 8D, Kaizen, DMAIC, TQM, and others are leveraged to identify:
Participants are introduced to the methodology one step at a time. After each step is presented leveraging an instructor case study, the participants immediately apply the methodology on a real-life case study. Upon review of the entire methodology, participants have the option to continue to develop their skills through practice on another more complex real-life case study.
Participants are provided a training manual, an investigation roadmap, and a set of electronic templates that guide them through the methodology, recommend tools, and establish the basis for documentation.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@raps.org. Requests received by 7 June 2023 will receive a full refund, minus a 20% administrative fee. Requests received later are non-refundable, except in cases of documented medical emergencies. RAPS cannot accept cancellations by phone. No refunds for no-shows.
Paid substitution requests received and approved in writing by RAPS before the start of the event, will be honored. To transfer a registration, email support@raps.org with the event title, original registrant’s name, and substitute’s contact information.
Meeting Cancellation: RAPS may cancel any program. Registration fees will be refunded within seven business days. RAPS is not responsible for any costs incurred because of a cancellation.
