Focus Forward: Learning to Listen

Many people begin each year with a list of resolutions. Made with the best of intentions, they are often discarded or forgotten within the first weeks. I never have been an advocate for New Year's resolutions. However, I do try to maintain a learning list-it includes the knowledge, skills and topics I want to know more about or become more adept at. This list is not related to the New Year; it is continually updated, refreshed and revised.
