DDMAC’s Bad Ad Program One Year Later

On 11 May 2010, the US Food and Drug Administration's (FDA) Division of Drug Marketing, Advertising and Communication (DDMAC) announced that it was launching a new program known as the "Truthful Prescription Drug Advertising and Promotion (Bad Ad Program)" to educate healthcare providers (HCPs) about their role in recognizing and reporting violative drug advertising and promotion.
