Regulatory Focus recently had a chance to chat with Dan Heath, senior fellow at Duke University's Center for the Advancement of Social Entrepreneurship and co-author with his brother, Chip, of The New York Times bestseller Switch: How to Change Things When Change Is Hard. He will be the opening keynote speaker at 2011 RAPS: The Regulatory Convergence, 22-26 October in Indianapolis. Following is an edited transcript of the conversation.
