ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. (Other duties may be assigned)


This new position has primary responsibility for managing certification program tasks and activities, including applications, candidate notifications, volunteer communications, and recertification processes. This position is responsible for managing tasks related to the new certification, credentialing, or registration programs, and reports the Director of Credentialing. The incumbent will have the opportunity to influence and evolve the position as the credentialing product portfolio grows and matures.

Required Skills/Technical Experience:

  • Minimum of three years of related experience managing certification, credentialing, accreditation, and/or talent development tasks or projects

Desired Qualifications:


  • Must have ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and within budget.
  • Must demonstrate strong attention to detail, customer service orientation, and the ability to prioritize and follow through.
  • Should possess demonstrated skills in MSWord, Excel, and PowerPoint, virtual meeting software, and web-based research tools.
  • Experience with AMS/Impexium
  • Association experience
  • ICE-CCP Certification or Certification Specialist Certificate

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent
