This Manager position serves a critical role in achieving the organizations strategic priority of delivering valuable and accessible learning and professional development experiences to the profession, while empowering a community environment focused on interactions, relationships, and knowledge sharing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The position oversees the work of RAPS’ volunteer-led component network, providing operational, logistical and strategics support in the execution of local activities that fuel member and community engagement. This role strategically manages the volunteer lifecycle, utilizing existing platforms to track and report performance metrics while connecting members with meaningful engagement opportunities that drive the mission. This role is also responsible for ensuring compliance with RAPS business models and manages day-to-day chapter and volunteer communications.
