RAPS is seeking a Marketing Manager, Membership to develop and execute all strategic marketing activities related to recruitment, retention and onboarding for individual and enterprise membership categories. Additionally, this role manages campaigns related to chapter events, the RAPS Fellows program, onsite training, job board/career center and profile updates to support improved data integrity. This position has primary responsibility for the creation, deployment, tracking, and optimization of marketing plans, budgets, and related marketing collateral to drive sales and improve ROI. This role reports to the Director, Marketing and Communications and works extensively with a cohesive, collaborative team focused on serving the profession, bolstering community engagement and enhancing overall success.
Ideally you will be based near Rockville, MD, but we are open to candidates from other US locations.
