MARKETING PRODUCTION SPECIALIST

The Regulatory Affairs Professional Society (RAPS) is the largest global organization of and for those involved with the regulation of healthcare and related products including medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biologics, and nutritional products. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
RAPS is seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented individual to fill the role of Marketing Production Specialist. This is a key role for the marketing and communications team overseeing the execution of marketing campaigns and coordinating the delivery of campaign assets. Marketing communications channels include, but are not limited to email, direct mail, web ads, paid search, event collateral and signage, and branded giveaways.
The specialist should be extremely organized with the ability to multi-task. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is detail-oriented, a quick learner, and has a can-do attitude. You must have the ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle many projects at once, often on similar deadlines. It’s imperative that you’re able to hold yourself accountable for day-to-day responsibilities and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferably you will be based in the DC Metro Area, but we are open to candidates from other US locations. Required travel is approximately 10% for team-building activities or meetings.
WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE?
This position works directly with team members across the marketing and communications department to ensure marketing campaigns, collateral and special projects are prioritized, tracked, coordinated, scoped, assigned and delivered on time. This position is the primary organizational liaison with internal/external project stakeholders, as well as freelancers, printers, mail houses and other external vendors.
