The RAPS Mentoring Program is a member-only, member-driven program that brings together regulatory professionals at every career stage to share knowledge, build confidence, and grow together. Through meaningful one-to-one connections, mentoring helps strengthen both individual careers and the profession.

Whether you’re seeking guidance or ready to give back, each person's journey is unique, and this program gives a space for personalized guidance and support on your time. RAPS members may serve as mentors, mentees, or both.

Who Should Participate?

For Mentees

If you’re early in your career, changing roles, or seeking support, mentors can provide personalized guidance to move forward with confidence and answer your everyday questions.

For Mentors

If you have experience to share and a desire to support others, mentoring is a powerful way to develop leadership skills, gain professional recognition, and make a meaningful impact.
