Join the RAPS Twin Cities Chapter for an interactive keynote on what separates regulatory leaders who truly move the enterprise, presented by Jackie Peterson, PCC, CEO of Lift Bridge Leadership. Regulatory affairs professionals serve as both the technical authority and the strategic voice organizations rely on to approve, advise, and advance products that improve and save lives. They shape strategy from the earliest stages of development, build agency relationships that open global markets, and provide enterprise-wide guidance that keeps organizations moving forward — often in the most demanding moments.
Yet the full power of that leadership often goes unrealized. Not because of any gap in expertise, but because of a gap in how regulatory professionals lead. This session is about closing that gap. Drawing on 25+ years partnering with regulatory teams through some of the most consequential moments in medical device history, Jackie shows how strategic clarity, trusted influence across the organization and with agencies, and well-equipped systems enable regulatory leaders to drive decisive results when it matters most. Each success carries the same lesson: the leaders who shaped those outcomes were not simply excellent at their technical craft — they were enterprise leaders, clear on strategy, trusted by peers, influential across their business and agencies alike, and equipped to make an impact. Attendees will leave not just inspired and ready to create their ripple effect.
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
