Hardship Dues Program

RAPS understands that financial challenges can arise unexpectedly.  Our Hardship Dues Program is designed to support members facing financial challenges by providing a flexible payment option for annual membership dues.

Program Features:

  • Eligibility: Available exclusively for Individual 1-Year and Government/Non-Profit membership categories.
  • Commitment: Requires a 12-month commitment to ensure continued access to membership benefits.
  • Flexible Payments: Pay your dues in monthly installments instead of a lump sum.
  • Easy Application: Submit your request using our Hardship Dues Application Form below.

Hardship Qualifications:

To be considered for the due’s hardship program, you have to meet at least one of the following hardship conditions:

  • Financial – loss of employment, unemployment, or income constraints
  • Medical – a debilitating medical condition in which one is unable to work or perform normal work duties for an extended period of time
  • Military duty – activation to active military duty
  • Force majeure – unforeseen events beyond your control, such as natural disasters (fires, floods, storms), war, or labor disputes

Once completed, your application form will be reviewed and sent to our Customer Service Team for processing. The RAPS Customer Service Team will confirm your application within 7-10 business days.
