The RAPS San Francisco Chapter hosts a dynamic recruitment and networking series across multiple cities in the San Francisco Bay Area. This series includes 7 in-person events designed to strengthen local connections and grow the RAPS-SF volunteer community.
Each event brings together professionals from biotech, pharma, and medical devices in a relaxed, social setting. You’ll meet peers across disciplines, connect with the RAPS-SF leadership team, and learn how RAPS-SF Ambassadors and Extended Leadership Team support chapter programs and industry engagement. Attend one event or join several across the region.

Why Should You Attend?
- Identify the major design control elements and understand their contribution to the development of safe and effective medical devices.
- Understand how human factors fit into product development and design controls.
- Outline and describe the costs associated with human factors studies.
