Link to My Organization
Organizations have their own record in our system that carries the organization's address, main email, etc. In order to add an organization to your profile, you need to LINK it to you. An organization that is LINKED to you is what displays on your profile. This linked organization is also the organization that will appear in RegEx. To add/update your organization, follow the steps below.
- Log in first below, if you are new to RAPS, create an account first.
- Make a selection below about your organization's membership status to route you appropriately.
- If your organization is not found, select "I don't know if my organization is a member" above and type in the name of your organization to be searched.
- Once you find your organization, click on the name to highlight the organization and select Save. For those linking to an Enterprise Membership organization, select the organization ending with "- ENTERPRISE"
- It will ask you if you want to also link your address to the organization. This will add the organization's address as the primary address on your personal profile. Uncheck this if you want to keep your personal address.
- Click save to confirm this organization is what will now appear on your profile.
NOTE: If you link to an organization that has purchased a RAPS Enterprise membership, you will receive member benefits as a result of your employment with that organization. You will agree to the RAPS membership agreement in such a case. Learn more about Enterprise membership. Enterprise Membership flows from the newly linked organization may take up to 24 hours to take effect.
