The RAPS Executive Development Program at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University is the only leadership program dedicated to regulatory professionals like you, that combines regulatory experts with faculty from one of the most prestigious business schools in the United States.
RAPS has brought in seasoned and respected experts from the RAPS regulatory community to help tie the powerful lessons learned in this Executive Development Program back to real-world regulatory scenarios.
The program is constructed of multiple modules to encompass all the skills required of a Regulatory Leader. We utilize realistic approaches from distinguished business leaders to make an impactful and interactive experience in a state-of-the-art facility.

Advance registration is required by 15 May 2022 for the Executive Development Program at the Kellogg School of Management; onsite registrations are not accepted. Space is incredibly limited, so participants are encouraged to register early.
RAPS will require proof of COVID-19 vaccination for all participants attending RAPS in-person workshops & programs. Your well-being is RAPS’ #1 priority.
Unvaccinated individuals or those unable to provide proof of vaccination in advance will not be permitted to attend.
RAPS will continue to monitor any new developments and evaluate what is needed to ensure you are comfortable and we meet safely. We will keep all participants updated as we get closer to the event.
Cancellations and Refunds:
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to email@example.com. Cancellation requests received by Friday, 5 May 2023 will receive a full refund minus a 20% administrative fee. Cancellation requests received after 5 May 2023 will be non-refundable, except in cases of documented medical emergencies. RAPS is unable to accept cancellations by phone. Refunds will not be issued for no-shows.
Paid registration substitutions may be accepted with written approval from RAPS for requests received before the start of the event. To transfer a registration, email firstname.lastname@example.org with the event title, name of the original registrant and the contact information for the new attendee.
Meeting Cancellation: RAPS reserves the right to cancel any program at its sole discretion, whereupon all registration fees will be refunded within seven business days. RAPS is not responsible for any costs incurred due to a cancellation, including travel and lodging.
Kellogg will develop a learning program that may include classroom sessions built around faculty lectures and experiential learning including cases, discussions, simulations, group analysis, team presentations and action learning (application of knowledge gained in the program to the participants’ professional issues).

RAPS has chosen to expand the 2022 cohort from 35 to 40 participants to accommodate overwhelming demand for the professional development program. The additional five spots will have slightly modified accommodation; please see the details below.
Important note: If you registered on or before 25 January 2022, your reservation includes a 4-night stay at the James Allen Conference Center. Only those who register AFTER January 26, 2022, will take advantage of the modified accommodations.
Registration for the RAPS Executive Development Program at the Kellogg School of Management includes meals and housing for four nights beginning on 21 May 2022. Three of those nights will be on campus at the James Allen Conference Center, but due to limited availability on-campus, RAPS has arranged an alternative for the night of 21 May 2022. Participants who register after January 26, 2022, will stay at the Hyatt House Chicago/Evanston at 1515 Chicago Avenue, a 5-minute ride from the James Allen Center.
RAPS will provide shuttle service to the Conference Center on Sunday, 22 May 2022, where all participants will stay for the remainder of the program. RAPS will contact each registrant individually prior to the event start date to confirm his/her housing accommodations.
Rooms and meals are included in the program price. All meals will be served in the Allen Center.
