AI Summit Facilitates Insight From The FDA Digital Health Center Of Excellence
York, Penn., Sept. 12, 2023 - The AFDO/RAPS Healthcare Products Collaborative announced today that Troy Tazbaz, Director of Digital Health Center of Excellence (DHCoE), Center for Devices and Radiological Health (CDRH), FDA, and Matt Diamond, Chief Medical Officer, DHCoE, FDA, will kick off day 1 of the AI Summit 2023, November 14-15 in Cincinnati, Ohio, in the Insight from The FDA Digital Health Center of Excellence session.
Tazbaz and Diamond will share insight into FDA’s current activities and ongoing initiatives, priorities, and plans as FDA continues to embrace the use of AI in product submissions, design, manufacturing and post-marketing activities. Attendees will hear directly from the Director of Digital Health Center of Excellence as Tazbaz shares his vision, priorities, and concerns in this discussion.
This session, moderated by Diamond and Timothy W. Hsu, Chief Collaboration Officer, AFDO/RAPS Healthcare Products Collaborative, is just one of the many valuable sessions AI Summit attendees will engage in as they learn from regulators, experts and each other.
