Knowledge Center Provides RAPS Members With Free Content

RAPS members now have a new and powerful tool to help them stay informed. The Member Knowledge Center, a new members-only content portal, provides a catalog of carefully curated free RAPS resources in one convenient place.

The Knowledge Center gives members exclusive access to RAPS’ educational resources. “We wanted to find a way to help our members engage with RAPS’ high-quality products,” said Lindsay Currie, RAPS’ director of stakeholder engagement. “We plan to regularly evaluate our educational offerings to keep the portal updated,” she continued. Content currently featured includes resources in several categories including webcasts, Regulatory Convergence session recordings and e-books.

RAPS will add new resources and make updates to the Knowledge Center based, in part, on user feedback and the popularity of current offerings. “We specially selected products to appeal to members in every stage of their careers,” said Roya Zarrinnahad, RAPS’ manager of e-learning, “but we are hoping members will chime in with their opinions on what should be included.” A link at the bottom of the portal encourages members to give feedback.

“I think the Knowledge Center will become a valuable asset for our members,” stated Currie. “I want to encourage everyone to check out this new member benefit.”

Members can find the new Knowledge Center by visiting the RAPS Learning Portal website. A link to the Knowledge Center can be found via the top navigation menu under the catalog dropdown. While nonmembers can view the contents of the portal, the resources are only accessible to logged-in active RAPS members.

“Being a RAPS member should mean you have access to the best resources in the field,” explained Currie. Now, the Knowledge Center is just one more way for regulatory professionals to use their RAPS membership to stay at the top of the game.”
