RAPS announces Board of Directors for 2026

RAPS today announced its Board of Directors for 2026 following careful review of all nominations for three open Director positions.

“These qualified professionals are ready to serve the profession well into the future as members of the RAPS Board of Directors,” RAPS Nominating Committee Chair Gert Bos said. “Their experience, dedication, commitment, and passion for regulatory affairs will continue to drive RAPS forward.”

On behalf of RAPS and the RAPS Nominating Committee, the new members of the RAPS Board of Directors are presented below. They will begin their terms on 1 January 2026.

New Directors joining the RAPS Board in 2026: 

  • Nancy Gertlar, FRAPS, Vice President Regulatory Intelligence and Strategy at Crossroads Regulatory Consulting and Mentoring
  • Beat U. Steffen, RAC-Devices, FRAPS, Founder, Chairman, and Principal Consultant at confinis
  • Yoshiko Stowell, Vice President Regulatory Affairs, Kenai Therapeutics

RAPS would like to thank the following outgoing members of the Board of Directors for their service to RAPS and commitment to supporting the regulatory community. These directors will reach the end of their terms on the board on 31 December 2025.

  • Sabina Hoekstra-van den Bosch, PharmD, FRAPS 
  • Frank Pokrop, RAC, FRAPS, CQE, CISA,  
  • Kimberly Trautman, MS
