RAPS Seeks Applications for 2015 Fellows

RAPS is calling for applications for the 2015 class of RAPS Fellows. The RAPS Fellows program was launched in 2008 to recognize senior regulatory professionals for their continued significant contributions and leadership in the advancement of the regulatory profession. This year’s Fellows will be honored during 2015 RAPS: The Regulatory Convergence, which will take place 24–28 October in Baltimore.

“RAPS Fellows represent the best of the regulatory profession. We aim to harness their vast knowledge and their passion for the profession for the benefit of all regulatory professionals,” said Dee Kaminsky, RAPS’ vice president of strategy and market development. “Not only do we honor them with this designation, we look to them for their tremendous insight and expertise.”

As RAPS Fellows, honorees are recognized with a special, dignified status from RAPS and hold the FRAPS designation. They may also be called upon to participate in strategic dialogue, implementation of special initiatives, international programs and other high-level RAPS activities. Fellows come from a variety of backgrounds and represent all segments within the global RAPS community, including industry, government, academia, and research and clinical organizations.

The 2014 RAPS Fellows (pictured L to R) were: Jos Kraus, senior consultant, Academic Medical Center, Amsterdam; Ronald J. Schoengold, RAC, principal, E Gold Solutions; Don E. Boyer, RAC, former director, business transformation, Health Canada (retired); and Manfred Ruthsatz, RPh, DABT, RAC, head of global regulatory advocacy, Nestlé Health Science. Applications are due to RAPS by 13 July. To apply for the 2015 class of RAPS Fellows, visit the RAPS Fellows Application and Selection Process page.
