RAPS Website to Shut Down 19–22 Jan. to Prep For Re-Launch
RAPS will soon launch a new website developed with input from RAPS members, customers and stakeholders, and designed to deliver an improved user experience. The site’s updated menu structure, more intuitive navigation and clean design will enable you to find what you’re looking for more quickly and easily.
To prepare for the new site, the current site will be shut down after 4 pm EST on Friday, 19 January and come back online by 22 January.
If you are a member or have an existing RAPS account, you will need to reset your password to log on for the first time after the new site launches. You can click the ‘Help’ link at the bottom of any page on the new site for guidance on resetting your password and other frequently asked questions.
Frequent visitors will notice the updated, modern design of the new site immediately, and we think you will like it. But the new site will be more than just an aesthetic upgrade, it will bring improved functionality as well. We created the site with users in mind, making actions like finding articles or registering for events simpler and more straightforward. The site also will strengthen connections between related content, so it will be easier to discover additional information or resources on specific topics of interest. The new dynamic design will deliver a much-improved experience for mobile visitors.
While the official launch of the new site will be a big step forward, it does not mean we are done. With a long list of upgrades we want to make and new features we want to add, we’ll be making additional improvements in the coming months, some subtle and some more significant.
We hope you like the new site and we welcome any feedback you may have. Please contact us at [email protected] if you have comments or questions.
