Regulatory Recon: Notice to Our Readers

Many visitors to Regulatory Focus are avid readers of Regulatory Reconnaissance, our daily regulatory news tracking service.

Today's edition has unfortunately been unexpectedly delayed due to technical problems beyond our control.

Why?

Recon relies on news tracking conducted through Feedly, an otherwise extremely reliable and robust RSS service which allows us to scan through several hundred news sources each day with relative ease. Unfortunately, the service—which is cloud-hosted—is currently under a Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attack, rendering it unavailable.

When Will Regulatory Recon be Back Online?

We have been assured that the service will be back online by the end of the day. If so, Regulatory Recon will be published this afternoon. If not, we will include all stories that we would have run today in tomorrow's edition of Regulatory Recon.
