Next PDUFA, MDUFA Hearings Scheduled for 18 April
The House Energy and Commerce Committee announced it will hearing testimony on the Prescription Drug User Fee Act (PDUFA) and the Medical Device User Fee Act (MDUFA) reauthorization bills on 18 April.
The hearing, entitled "US Food and Drug Administration User Fees 2012: How Innovation Helps Patients and Jobs," will be taking place at 10:15 am in 2123 Rayburn House Office Buildings.
A webcast of the meeting will be available at http://republicans.energycommerce.house.gov/ on the day of the meeting. The hearings are typically archived on the Committee's YouTube account.
