RAPS and TOPRA Open Registration for Two London-Based Conferences this November

London, UK8 July 2025The Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society (RAPS) and The Organisation for Professionals in Regulatory Affairs (TOPRA) just announced that they will jointly host two new conferences for November 2025 at the Hilton London Wembley, UK. The 2025 Regulatory Intelligence Conference Europe will convene on 3-4 November, immediately followed by the 2025 UK MDR Regulatory Conferenceon 5-6 November. This week of back-to-back events is the first collaboration between the two organisations since 2020.

“RAPS is thrilled to partner with TOPRA to bring two very critical programmes to the UK,” said Bill McMoil, Executive Director, Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society (RAPS). “Both of our organisations have shared missions and commitments to support and advance the regulatory profession. Through this collaboration, we can celebrate strengths and showcase the expertise of our collective memberships.”

Both November events are being developed by strategic planning committees focused on creating jointly curated, in-depth programmes that ensure the highest quality discussions, knowledge exchange, and collaboration opportunities. The 2025 Regulatory Intelligence Conference Europe will examine the most pressing regulatory intelligence challenges and best practices for both pharma and medical device regulatory professionals, as well as how to transform the abundance of regulatory information into valuable intelligence to make better strategic decisions in an ever-evolving regulatory environment.

The 2025 UK Medical Device Regulatory Conference will offer a deeper understanding of the UK MDR and its impact on the current regulatory landscape. With a primary focus on regulatory innovation, the event will also explore how the adoption process is developing and what mechanisms are in place to support the introduction of high value-added new products which have the potential to both enhance outcomes for patients and drive operational efficiency in the NHS.

Dr Samantha Atkinson, TOPRA Chief Executive, commented that “through international collaboration, we are able to create a broad and value-adding agenda for our members and delegates. Regulatory intelligence and the advancements impacting the regulatory landscape are evolving quickly, and it is conferences like this that help to understand, guide, and shape the future of the profession. There will no doubt be many forward-looking and thought-provoking discussions during these events.

We are also seeing innovation and changes in the medical device space. The UK MDR is also impacting our global profession and how we now need to navigate the regulatory responsibilities and requirements. These joint events ensure that RAPS and TOPRA can elevate key issues and further support our professional community.”

Registration is now open for both events, and the complete programme agendas and speaker lineups will be announced in the coming weeks.
