RAPS Euro Convergence 2024: your guide to the most comprehensive regulatory affairs conference in Europe

It’s been an eventful few years for regulatory professionals in the European market. EU MDR and IVDR implementation have dominated the conversation, but that’s not all. Developments in AI, software and more have only added to the full plates regulatory professionals have in 2024.

They all point to one thing: regulatory professionals need a place to gather, discuss and make an impact on these topics. To collaborate and share ideas so organisations worldwide can ultimately bring safer, more effective products to patients worldwide.

At RAPS Euro Convergence 2024, we’ll do just that.

RAPS Euro Convergence is the most comprehensive regulatory affairs conference in Europe, focusing on the latest developments in healthcare products in Europe and beyond. This year’s conference is poised to be the biggest RAPS event in Europe — ever.

At this gathering in Berlin, Germany, regulatory professionals will learn from expert presenters in medical devices, IVDs, pharmaceuticals, AI and software, and they’ll have the chance to forge meaningful connections with other regulatory professionals.

After two consecutive years in Amsterdam, RAPS Euro Convergence 2024 will take place at the Berlin Congress Center on 6-8 May, with preconference workshops on 5 May.

Who should attend RAPS Euro Convergence 2024?

If you work in — or want to learn more about — regulatory affairs, RAPS Euro Convergence is for you.  As the most comprehensive regulatory affairs conference in Europe, RAPS Euro Convergence will help you build professional knowledge in regulatory affairs and inspire further regulatory unification regarding improved patient access, safety, and outcomes.

What is the programme for RAPS Euro Convergence 2024?

The RAPS Euro Convergence agenda starts with preconference workshops on 5 May. These require an extra fee and allow participants to dive deeper into specific regulatory affairs topics.

The conference will officially begin at 16:30 CEST on 6 May with an opening plenary session. The topic of this year’s opening plenary: Regulatory Affairs: Science or Art? Join for discussion of nuanced intersection in regulatory decision-making. Panelists will share practical insights on how this integration influences decision-making irrespective of their position in the regulatory process.*

After the opening plenary session, delegates will convene in the exhibit hall for the opening reception, where they will have the chance to reunite with peers, partners and solution providers.

On 7-8 May, delegates at RAPS Euro Convergence can choose from more than 60 educational sessions. These will cover pharmaceuticals, medical devices, IVDs, AI and software and regulatory business. Explore the RAPS Convergence schedule here.
