The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) today announced that it has rescheduled a meeting on the regulation of intraocular lenses (IOLs) originally planned for October 2013 that had been canceled as a result of a shutdown of government operations that month.

The rescheduled meeting will now take place on 28 March 2014 at FDA's White Oak Campus in Silver Spring, MD.
